Two members of staff of the Department of Biomechanics took part in the “Lange Nacht der Forschung”, a nationwide event where junior scientists were given the chance to present their research to the interested public. Using a demonstrative model of the female upper body, the properties and movements of female breast tissue as well as the construction and function of sports bras were explained to the visitors.
