On 18 November 2016 the constitutive meeting of the Austrian Association of Sport Science (ÖSG) took place in Vienna. Prof. Michael Kolb has been elected new member of the board of of the Austrian Association of Sport Science. The position of president has been assigned to Univ.-Prof. Dr. Mireille van Poppe and Univ.-Prof. Dr. Hermann Schwameder has been elected vice president. Univ.-Ass. Dr. Pavel Dietz will hold the position of Managing Director from 2017 to 2018.
